~~~ Pricing Policy ~~~
The price for a custom chandelier is based on the size requested and also on any other than usual requirements.
For orders up to $ 1,000.00,terms are payment in full prior to fabrication. For orders over $ 1,000.00, a 50% deposit will be required and the balance paid when the item is completed and ready for shipment.
We accept the following methods of payments.

~~~ Return Policy ~~~
Since every chandelier is made to order, we cannot accept returns. Unless it is exchanged for a similar type we may consider to be of par value, or if it is upgraded to a higher category in the pricing index.
All chandeliers are whole sale priced and there is no minimum.
~~~ Delivery Policy ~~~
All of our items are professionaly and cerefully wrapped and packed to insure for a safe and secure delivery. The packeges are insured by the carrier (UPS and FedEx).
~~~ Lead Time ~~~
The lead time for the most orders is 8 to 15 days. Larger projects may take 4 to 6 weeks depending on the amount and complexity of the units ordered.
